Northern Threads

I saw an advertisement for Northern Threads on TV here and thought I would check it out. Northern Threads is locally owned and operated.

Cute building!

It was bright and cheery and just gave you a happy feeling walking in.

Beautiful quilts adorned the walls and hung from the ceiling.

Stepping through into another area you had the yarns. They had beautiful yarns. They offered brand names as well as hand painted yarns.

There was an area with couches and comfy chairs where a knitting class was being held. Little Companion and I tried to be very quiet. The shop even has parka patterns and all the materials you need to make them.

I found this shop to not only be a supplier of materials but also a warm meeting place where people could learn new skills. A very nice experience!
